Archeology of the Antiquity and the Middle Ages.

This museum, which has been housed in a historical monument since 1892, has an excellent location near the Saint-Sernin basilica.

The Saint-Raymond museum has a worldwide reputation for its exceptional collection of Roman sculptures. This collection comes, for the most part, from the sumptuous villa of Chiragan of Martres-Tolosane, and constitutes the largest set of Roman sculptures in marble found in France in a single place.
This collection is astonishingly diverse and includes, for example, reliefs of the Tasks of Hercules, the medallions of the gods, replicas of masterpieces in Greek statuary, and an extraordinary emperors' gallery.
