The water park has been built on 3 hectares of land and is open to all the family, with nearly 1,400 m2 of pool area and outdoor games, all set amongst greenery.

The covered area contains 850 m2 of water area divided into:
- a 25 x 15 m competition pool, with 6 swimming lanes
- an activity pool of approximately 18.5 x 8 m with 3 swimming lanes
- a 245 m2 play pool with 2 swimming lanes, a lazy river, a whirlpool bench, 4 hydro-massage jets and a geyser.
- a 45 m2 paddling pool with 2 water totems, a bubble lagoon and a waterslide dropping into a 35 m2 pool. Depth 1.10m.

The balneotherapy centre is a convivial, covered area of 150 m2 combined with a courtyard. For adults only, this peaceful, relaxing centre has the very latest equipment: sauna, steam room, whirlpool bath and relaxation pool.

The outdoor area is open from June to September, offering 520 m2 of water pleasure:
- a 480 m2 play pool with a lazy river, 3 water fountains, a water tunnel, a hydro-massage bench and 5 jets, 2 geysers and a bubble lagoon
- a 40 m2 paddling pool with a bubble lagoon and water cannons
- a 6-lane "Pentagliss" slide, including 2 fast lanes.
- a beach volleyball pitch.
